What is yoga therapy? Yoga therapy is a holistic, empowering and gentle treatment for students wishing to complement their current treatment plan. The yoga therapy examines your unique self, your concerns and lifestyle together to form a very specific and non-invasive journey to healing. Your healing plan will draw upon the art of restorative yoga, meditation, pranayama and ayurvedic science (India's oldest medicine).
