Our work together will intertwine yogic philosophy, meditation and breath-work. Sessions are tailored to your request and draw influence from the following styles -
Hatha- Active, warming, strengthening, time spent settling into postures
Yin - slow, longer holds, meditative, relaxing, deeply stretches into the connective tissues of the body
Restorative - restful, relaxing, calming to the nervous system
